Was invited to this beautiful Emirati Restaurant Located in Radison Blu , Dubai Creek. I always  loved everything about UAE & their culture, & so this time I had the opportunity to try their absolutely excellent cuisine.
They have a special menu for their drinks which indicates that they have wide verity for their drinks.

THEN ARRIVED OUR SALAD  WHICH WAS SUPER FRESH & DELICIOUS

 

Grilled prawn. Loved the marination & the sauce which was served with it. Loved it so much the taste of the prawn was outstanding.

 

SEAFOOD RISOTTO. This risotto had the best flavor ever. Delicious flavor of prawn & Halwa. I really like how this restaurant has such an amazing taste for their food but with affordable price. I recommend this dish as it’s very filling for two people at least & super flavorful.

 

Home smoked rack of LAMB. Served with cous-cous which was so rich in flavor with spinach on top, how tempting does this sound? I am literally drooling looking at this juicy & tender lamb I don’t know how you guys feel about lamb but I am loving this dish indeed. #recommended.

One of the most tasteful & delicious vegetarian dish. If you feel like having just veg I highly recommend visit Aseelah; this dish really had so much flavor in just one bite. I loved it just itself with the spoon, no rice or bread needed.

Fish Machboos. Similar to biryani but very emirati traditional way.. recipe & taste just what an emirati mother would make.

ASEELAH SIGNATURE CHICKEN.

Luscious camel sliders; something camel lovers should definitely try served with sweet potato. About the sweet potato I can’t even say much they are something you have once & you wouldn’t want to stop.  & the juicy burger.. YUP! #RECOMMENDED.

 

DESSERT.

As you guys can see this picture is super tempting I only got to say that this plate my was my only favorite & I can have 3x of the date pudding as it was so good..

This was my experience at the very amazing & traditional Aseelah; the emirati restaurant, I hope you guys enjoyed as i would definitely recommend this place to everyone since this place was super affordable for such a fancy layout  & would want you to give me your feedback & share my blog with your friends & family.

TRUSKUN’

Fell in love with this place as soon as I entered ,we met Mr. Kamran Paracha one of the three owners of Truskun, who gave us a very nice intro to his place..Told us about the history of the place and a lot about the food!!

The authenticity of this place was out of this world, the ambiance was very nice it had a very nice seating area outdoors and indoors (charpais and majlis type of seating arrangements)

It’s a Peshawar cuisine, has very authentic dishes..Their chefs are from Peshawar who had very vast knowledge about the  authentic Peshawar food, the amount of spices and how much the meat should be tendered all that..!!

However they make the dishes according to their customer’s choice (the spice level) as it is located on Barki road in Lahore people mostly from the city itself come to visit Truskun and mostly people like the food to be a bit more spicy ,so they do have an option to get the food according to the customers’ preference.

“Now comes the part where I tell u about what I hogged on” :p

So at first Mr. Paracha ordered for us their special Peshawari sabz chai served with fresh lemons ❤ So refreshing so tasty!!

And then he made us try out Truskun specialties; Which had fish and chips,  Bbq platter And Peshawar’s special whites chicken karhai.

I loved the fish and chips served with their very famous “imli ki chutni”.The bbq platter was good I am personally not a huge fan of chicken tikka but this one was pretty good..

They asked us if we wanted the spicy version of the dishes but honestly speaking I was more into trying out their authentic flavors.

And then came the winner of the table.. the white chicken karhai (it had a Pashtu name, I don’t remember :p)

But let’s just take a moment for this one… OMG!!! I literally fell in love with this dish; it was very mild in spices, very creamy yet very light!!!

i love this one and this one is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My overall experience was great… It is a very lovely place to go with family or group of friends; very homely environment and great food with very reasonable prices.

 

OPIUM THAI AND CHINESE!

One of the best place in Lahore for great Thai and Chinese food.

It was a very lovely place, very calm, very interesting…very hygienic and had great food ❤

Opium has its own VIP suites and party hall and has a beautiful garden for outdoor events, the chefs of opium restaurant are trained by the Thai and Chinese chefs.

The ingredients that they use are imported from china and Thailand which gives the dishes a very authentic taste.

I loved their tom yum gong, it was very yummy and very fresh I loved the define taste of the lemongrass in it!!

Mr. Kamran wishes to open his branch in United Arab Emirates  which sounds pretty exciting… because I’m  for sure going to miss this when I get back!!

DESSERT DIRECTORY

Being a foodie who just can’t leave the restaurant without having the dessert in the end is pretty hard.

And having the best dessert boutique in your hometown is truly a blessing!

Seriously guys I’ve never seen such a beautiful shabby chic themed dessert boutique ever in my life. They have focused on their interior details.

The desserts were out of this world, the desserts are made by the different home bakers from Lahore, Pakistan.

It was founded by three girls who also bake really well!

NO!! THE MIDDLE ONE IS ME 😛

 

I honestly loved each and every thing about this place if dessert directory was not in Lahore it would’ve been hard for me to stay here :p I ordered for their classic red velvet cake, Oreo tart and their special dessert The Universe.

Looking for really yummy burgers around MM Alam road? You better head over to this very cozy spot for burgers! ❤️

If you’re planning to have fun with your friends, enjoy some good music and have delicious grilled burgers all at the same time, then this is definitely the place you’re looking for! (thank me later).

And you read it right! They do have grilled burgers and sandwiches as it is apparent from their name.

We opted for Cheesy grilled beef burger, quesadilla and grilled sandwich.

The cheesy burger was as yummy as it sounds! Very cheesy, saucy and rich in flavors. The grilled patty only added to the amazing taste of the burger.

The quesadilla was also very yummy and tasteful. I loved how fresh it was!

The grilled sandwiches were very filling and also can be very likable by kids. The staff there was very friendly.

The place had very good atmosphere as their kitchen was located outside the cafeteria area. So there was no food smell or hassle around.

My overall experience was amazing. I have visited the place twice so you can gauge how much I have loved their food!
