BRIO BURGER LOVE

Few days back I visited Brio burgers and pizza  for a food tasting session. And BAMM!! It was the best experience of My life ❤ Ever since I’ve come to Pakistan I’ve looked for good burger places to satisfy my bud for a good fat burger.

 

And OMG!! I must say I have actually never had such an amazing beef burger.
I liked how the patty was so full of beefy flavor.

Also tried out their Mexicana pizza (not a pizza fan personally) but this one was so good,the dough was nicely done and the cheese on top gave a really nice taste to the pizza

 

Thanks to the Owner who helped me picking up on the dishes from the menu 🙂  He was very friendly and gave us a great time at the restaurant.

This Double Decker burger is defiantly  the winner of the table for everyone I’m sure ,the petty tastes so good,so fresh and soft I loved the sauces in it ❤

My over all experience was awesome with the yummiest burgers,pizza and a great company by the Owner himself who made the whole tasting experience much more interesting 🙂

PAKISTAN TOUR 2016

PARATHEY!!

The name itself makes you feel so hungry! Few weeks ago I tried out this place and I can happily say there’s nothing better in this world than these yummy stuffed parathey!! It was a small truck cafe, has an out door seating with an amazing range of stuff flavored parathas at a very economical prices.

 

They are newly opened in Model Town, Lahore Pakistan.

They also added flavored  CHAIS in their menu, I loved the choco chai made with fresh milk topped with whip cream

 

 

 

And the food was great especially the Chinese Lifafa Paratha,Namkeen lasi was very refreshing ❤ and the kebab rolls were so yummy…!!!

 

Just one thing I didn’t like about the place was it was on the main road and the food use to get a layer of dust every time a car passed by.

I hope they care of that, the rest my experience was great, I loved  the concept of serving hot stuffed parathas and just parathas ❤

 

And the dessert section had some amazing stuffed parathas such as Barfi paratha and Nutella paratha

 

Fume eatery peir7 Dubai Marina

Hi !

Finally I got to experience a restaurant that is so homely ; I was invited to Fume at Marina by their PR manager Arunmia. It is an amazing place to hang around on the weekends & for the “late night” hang outs as well. They already have a branch in Downtown Dubai.

They invited me for their lunch Menu which is open between 12:00 to 4:00 pm. They have many good options on their menu. Their manager was even informing me that most of they’re stuff are exactly home made.

lets jump right into the food now.

Fried calamari w/ thai chili sauce Fresh lime. Great starters for people who are seafood lover but I wasn’t very impressed by the coating that was on calamari ; rest the sauce did the justice – Dhs 49.90

Crispy duck, watermelon & cashaw salad hoisin sauce. This was incredible ; very filling I am not a duck fan but this salad really got all the taste together wonderfully. The watermelon really got the flavor right. Amazing salad for summer since it is a mixture of mint as well as watermelon these both were my fav ingredient.

stake tartare , slow cooked organic egg ; fine raw meat underneath the slow cooked egg served with slightly toasted bread. Loved this dish if you are in the mood for light lunch. But to be honest I am not a person who would prefer raw meat. but the whole concept is to mix both together -Dhs 62

Hot smoked norwegian salmon teriyaki sauce & pickled cucumber. AMMAZING DISH ; Loved it so much. Good for one person tho & with the cucumber the whole flavor was alive ; lovely combo of both pickle & salmon with their teriyaki sauce ; well presented. This dish is something I prefer with potato in the side. Over all it was good but felt like there were few side dish. -Dhs80

Honey & chili marinated chicken – Half kg. This dish is for people who love spicy food ; with roasted garlic. The manager was referring to a dish that you’re grandmother would cook as it takes a lot of time to make ; it takes one day just to let it marinate & then next day its ready to cook. Dhs- 82

Smashed potatoes. Creme fraiche capers & veal bacon. This comes in the category of “sides” INDEED this is the most recommended side dish I would ask you guys to have; good with salmon or chicken or beef or whatever. Amazing at its own as well. The bacon really gives it a delicious flavor to this side dish. Dhs- 48

Pulled beef brisket bun , vinegar slaw. Yummy beef taste & tempting sauce mixed with it. I just felt like there should have been more flavor in this dish. It was served with their mini salad & complementary sauce. Super filling as well. Dhs-69

LETS TALK ABOUT THEIR DESSERT NOW….

Their desserts are really the best. Fume really won the game with their dessert. A lot of the people I spoke to about fume’s food they mainly love their dessert. They offer unique verity of desserts. When you visit them don’t forget to try their ‘girls 12 inches pleasure nutella & mascarpone eclairs. 

TRULY HAS THE PLEASURE EVERYONE NEEDS. ITS GOOD FOR TWO BUT I PREFER EATING ALONE X_X … this is called the 12 inches eclairs. As I mentioned above whoever visits Fume needs to try this. This is happiness worth Dhs- 49 only.

MONSTER DRINK. Funky cheeseshake STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE , Chocolate & biscuit. 100/100. Got nothing more to say. Only that this is not a drink that will make your eating hard people might think that the cheese cake might fall but nah! very settled shake worth only Dhs-60
